1. Introduction to Drying Equipment
Drying equipment is one kind of washing machinery and belongs to industrial drying equipment. Generally speaking, after dehydration it is used to eliminate the moisture existing in costume and other textiles. Most drying machines have one rotating drum, and the inner drum is driven by the belt, and hot air around the rotating drum is used to transpire moisture. Drying drum generally adopts the drum reversing theory to avoid the wrapped problems of dried products.
2. Advantages of Drying Equipment:
1)Big drying strength. Due to highly separated material in the air flow, the whole surface of the granularity is extremely dried efficient surface.
2)Short drying time.
3)The structure of flash dryer is simple; it takes up little space; it's easy to construct and repair.
4)Big processing capacity and high thermal efficiency. When drying equipment is drying unbound water, the thermal efficiency can achieve 60%.
5)The drying equipment reach the level of zero horizontal thrust which reduces the abrasion of riding wheel block in great degree and makes drum body move and run steadily and reliably.
6)The drying equipment adopts spherical roller-type device which makes combination of roller and rolling ring linear contact forever, and thus it greatly lowers the abrasion and power loss.
3. Working Principle:
The drying equipment produces the power through electricity, diesel force, wind, combustibles and takes use of environmental air to heat, and then transports the heat to the surroundings in order to reach proper temperature to dehumidify material.
