Chute Feeder

1. Introduction to the chute feeder

Chute feeder is applied to the ore beneficiation, coal, chemical and other department. It can transport the granular material from store chute hopper to various type of receiving devices. Chute feeder is not suitable for transport the dry powder materials or large-grained materials, otherwise there will be generating dust pollution and clogging phenomenon of the discharge port. The working principle of chute feeder: the motor slows the speed through V-belt. The deceleration power will transfer to the eccentric wheel that the eccentric distance is adjustable and then drive the baseboard to swing back and forth through the connecting rod. The ore located on the top of the feeder will evenly discharge from the discharging port through the ore bin which ensures evenly feed the materials to ball mill.

2. Performance characteristics

3. Working principle

After the start of the motor, the power will transfer to the reducer to slow down the speed through the V-belt. The deceleration power will transfer to the eccentric wheel (the distance adjustment of the eccentric wheel is according to the feeding amount) that the eccentric distance is adjustable and then drive the baseboard to swing back and forth through the connecting rod, so the feeding port is closed and opened again and again. The ore located on the top of the feeder will evenly discharge from the discharging port through the ore bin which will ensure the even production of ball mill.
